Job Description QA Intern

Position: QA Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate QA Intern to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Manual Testing Automation Testing API Testing and an interest in AI testing.

Responsibilities

Assist in Functional Integration and Regression Testing.
Prepare and execute test cases test scenarios and test data.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
Support automation scripting (Selenium/Cypress/Playwrightmodify as needed).
Participate in testing of AI features chatbot workflows and agent responses.
Report track and verify bugs in tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
Work closely with developers and senior QA to understand requirements.
Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on product quality.

Required Skills

Good understanding of SDLC & STLC.
Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
Understanding of API Testing (GET POST PUT DELETE).
Basic hands-on with Automation tools (Selenium/Cypress preferred).
Familiarity with AI testing chatbot interactions or LLM-based tools is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
