About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn enjoys interacting with people and wants hands-on experience in recruitment coordination and HR processes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Coordination

  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate trackers databases and job postings.

  • Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience.

  • Support onboarding activities such as documentation introduction emails and orientation planning.

  • Maintain employee records and help with daily HR documentation.

  • Assist in collecting interview feedback and preparing evaluation summaries.

  • Help streamline HR processes and suggest improvements.

What Were Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or have relevant internship experience.

  • Strong curiosity to explore HR tech tools vendors and recruitment systems; comfortable with Excel PPT HRMS platforms ATS portals and advanced Google/Boolean search.

  • Able to maintain and update employee data with accuracy ensuring confidentiality and clean record-keeping across trackers and HR databases.

  • Open to experimenting with AI tools and adopting modern best practices to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Genuine interest in people operations; collaborative proactive and excited to take ownership from execution to delivery.

  • Understanding of the startup ecosystem is a plus especially if you enjoy building processes from scratch and navigating fast-paced environments.

  • Willing to handle additional ad-hoc tasks that support daily HR operations and keep the function running smoothly.
