In this role you will lead all templating functions conduct spatial data analysis and produce high-quality planning reports and presentations. You will supervise a team of four ensuring accuracy workflow efficiency and strong technical delivery. The position requires managing daily outputs guiding junior staff and ensuring planning work meets regulatory municipal and project requirements.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Town Planning Urban Design or a related field (essential).
- Minimum 5 years experience in town planning within the built environment or urban development sector.
- Hands-on experience with templating GIS tools and spatial data analysis.
- Strong report writing presentation and communication abilities.
- Proven experience supervising small technical teams and managing project deliverables.
