Our well-established client is looking for an HR Manager to join their skilled team in Secunda.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR function. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and manage all HR functions and compliance.
Guide managers on employee relations and performance issues.
Handle disputes CCMA cases grievances and misconduct.
Develop and implement HR policies contracts and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma/ BCom
7 years experience
Experience dealing with contractors
Union experience
Experience managing a team
