Our client is a insurance company in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Analyze trends and developments in both local and global reinsurance markets to provide leadership with strategic recommendations on suitable reinsurance programs.
Oversee the administration and performance of assigned reinsurance treaties ensuring compliance and effective execution.
Coordinate facultative reinsurance placements to optimize risk transfer and maintain the companys financial security.
Manage communication and documentation related to reinsurance claims ensuring timely recovery of reimbursements from reinsurance partners.
Provide direction and support to internal teams involved in reinsurance processes promoting consistent and accurate handling of all related activities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above in a relevant field such as finance economics insurance or banking.
Strong English communication abilities and solid command of common office applications.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude professional behavior and effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with a strong commitment to accountability and work quality.
