End User Computing Admin On-site in Aliso Viejo CA

TheEnd User Computing Adminis a subject matter expert responsible for providing advanced technical support guidance and leadership to the End User Computing team. This role ensures efficient and effective resolution of complex issues across various technology domains while promoting continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL servicemanagementbest practices.â

Essential Functions

• Manage andassistin theimplementationmonitoring maintenance and administration ofEnd User Computingservers networks and computer systemsthroughVCenterO365admin RSAT and OKTAto ensure uptime performance and security
• Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations
• Support backup routines and recovery processes to safeguard data andmaintaindata integrity
• Implement security measures and protocols to protect systems and data from unauthorized access breaches and other vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement standardized processes procedures and knowledge base articles forthe End User Computing team
• Assistwith the installation configuration and updating of software applications and operating systems
• Participate inand ownprojectsto ensuretimelyand successful completion
• Mentor andprovidetechnical guidance to junior End User Computing team members
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and vendors to resolve escalated support cases
• AnalyzeEnd User Computingperformance metrics andidentifyareas for improvementâ
• Promote adherence to ITIL service management principles and industry best practicesâ
• Provide technical support to end-users addressinginquiriesand resolving issues related to software hardware and network connectivity
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology ora relatedfield or equivalent work experienceâ
• 5 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• CompTIA A Network or other relevant certifications
• Comprehensive knowledge of endpoint management access management voice services printing solutions and enterprise applicationsâ
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical andnontechnicalaudiences
• Experience with KACE Service Desk or similar ticketing systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python) for automationâ
• Prior experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
• Be able to adapt and work in afast pacedenvironment

Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
