Job Summary
Roblox is seeking a Systems Administrator with a focus on ServiceNow to join the Infrastructure Asset Management of our Infrastructure Foundation team in the San Mateo CA headquarters. You will be responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing the existing ServiceNow platform and any future systems to ensure it runs smoothly and supports growing business tandem ensure security compliance to SOX and audits for Roblox. Experience working with Data Center Operations Accounting Procurement Networking Software Engineering and 3rd party Vendor teams and understands the importance of tracking physical assets will be a huge plus.
Role is based in our San Mateo CA HQ and reports to Lead Asset Manager Data Center.
You Will
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow and future platforms including user/role management ACL maintenance and system configuration.
- Manage platform upgrades patches cloning and scheduled jobs.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot application or platform issues.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST SOAP scripted APIs IntegrationHub spokes and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot integration failures monitor data flows and maintain stable secure connectivity.
- Work with internal teams to understand needs gather integration requirements and deliver reliable maintainable solutions.
- Ensure the platform meets organizational security standards and governance policies.
- Support testing processes and release management.
You have:
- Having 35 years of ServiceNow administration/development experience.
- Strong understanding of core ServiceNow applications with focus on the Hardware Asset Management module (others a plus).
- Hands-on scripting experience and client/server scripting.
- Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and API-based data exchanges.
- Experience with upgrade cycles and instance management.
- Preferred ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.
