About Ivy
Ivy is building the worlds first programmable bank. We know the bank of the future is going to be fully regulated and stablecoin-native. Your Focus
Build: Own mission-critical workflows end-to-end - from zero to working customer-ready processes.
Automate: Level up existing workflows by building smart automations using tools like n8n and Make.
Grind: Run day-to-day operations with extreme customer focus and a bias for fast accurate execution.
Your Profile
You Care Deeply: You hold yourself to a high standard and take pride in delivering great work
Organized and On It: You run your projects keep things moving and dont drop the ball.
Curious and Quick to Learn: You ask sharp questions get the context fast and ramp up quickly.
Low Ego: You wear many hats adapt quickly and no task is beneath you.
AI-Native: Youre fluent in prompting and use relevant tools to move faster and think better.
Your Background
First Experience: Youve completed at least one internship in a fast-paced environment (startup consulting banking VC).
Languages: Fluent in English and German.
Location: Youre in Berlin or ready to relocate - this role is fully on-site.
Availability: Youre available for 3 to 6 months.
