About the role and where you will be working:
The principle role of the Community Housing Administrator is to assist the Property Manager Team Leader to handle daily business operations of all properties within the Southern Cross Housing Ltd portfolio within relevant legal requirements and to provide high quality customer service.
This is a permanent full time role located in our central office in Rivervale. This role has the opportunity to work from home one or two days a week.
Well also be asking you to:
- Coordinate and compile monthly tenancy activity reports for the Property Manager Team Leader.
- Arrange weekly fortnightly or monthly meetings including team meetings and TAC meetings and provide agendas and minute taking
- Contributes to the maintenance of an environment which promotes safety security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
- Maintain positive relationships with agencies including Housing Authority and Mental Health Commission and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor level of client satisfaction by: Ensuring appropriate mechanisms are in place to obtain routine and regular feedback developing and then maintaining effective communication with all key stake holders & provide feedback to Assets & Infrastructure on a regular basis regarding timeliness and standards of services being delivered.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a similar position and some working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
