Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Monitor enrollment progress and ensure compliance with policies
- Provide feedback to improve enrollment processes
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support the development of client communications and materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of health care regulations is a plus
