About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing Australian AI company that builds AI-powered business operating systems to help professional service firms and SMEs automate up to 80% of their admin proposal and reporting work.
They are trusted by builders consultants and agencies to deliver strong ROI through workflow automation voice agents and knowledge-management tools. They are expanding their offshore creative-tech team and are looking for someone who blends development UX and marketing automation.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a designerdeveloper hybrid who can build high-performing digital assets and understands business outcomes. Youll take ownership of the digital experience creating websites funnels and automated email workflows that support enterprise-level clients.
This is an asset creation role. It is not focused on content posting or day-to-day marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Build and maintain company and client websites ( React or Webflow)
Develop conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns and launches
Ensure all pages are responsive fast and SEO-ready
Manage web hosting integrations and basic analytics setup
Marketing & Funnel Execution
Build and automate email campaigns using HubSpot GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign
Create funnel workflows lead forms and CRM integrations
Implement tracking tools (GA4 Meta Pixel LinkedIn Insights)
Work with the marketing team to test and improve conversion performance
Branding & Creative Assets
Design icons banners visuals and layout assets
Create marketing materials for internal and client projects
Use AI creative tools (Midjourney Runway Pika ChatGPT) for fast-turnaround needs
Maintain brand consistency across all digital materials
What This Role Does NOT Cover
You will not handle:
Social media posting or community management
Webinars events or livestream tasks
Long-form content writing (blogs articles etc.)
Designing individual social creatives or video ads (youll brief the creative team)
Influencer marketing or PR
Your work focuses on building the digital infrastructure that powers campaigns.

Development & Technical
Strong skills in HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript
Experienced in React and TailwindCSS
Good understanding of UI/UX responsive layout and accessibility
Able to meet enterprise-level technical and quality standards
Marketing & Communication
Solid grasp of marketing funnels and conversion psychology
Can refine content structure (headlines CTAs layout flow)
Experience serving mid-to-large companies (PHP 3B6B turnover)
Comfortable working with analytics and A/B testing
Design & Experience
Proficient in Figma (wireframes prototypes components)
Strong visual design interaction design and information architecture skills
Able to build design systems and layouts that convert
