Job Summary

As a Senior Agile Business Analyst you will:

Retrieve analyze and translate business requirements into clear actionable user stories.
Manage and maintain the product backlog ensuring clarity prioritization and alignment with business goals.
Support stakeholder communication and engagement across various levels of the organization.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to drive product vision and delivery.
Support team development activities and contribute to efficient Agile DevOps delivery.
Assist in Project Online migration and onboarding activities (non-technical).
Drive continuous improvement and promote adoption of innovative technologies and practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of experience in business analysis requirement gathering and Agile delivery.
Strong background in backlog management and user story creation.
Proven experience supporting Product Owners and project teams.
Hands-on understanding of Agile DevOps methodologies; experience with SAFe is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.
Strong customer focus with a drive for excellence and delivering value.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proactive enthusiastic and ownership-driven mindset.

You should possess the ability to:

Communicate effectively across diverse communities and organizational levels.
Analyze structure and manage complex business requirements.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and introduce innovative solutions.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
