Job Summary

Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare review and edit documents presentations and reports with high attention to detail.

Handle correspondence prioritize urgent matters and respond on behalf of the superior when needed.

Serve as the key liaison between the superior internal teams senior management and external partners.

Support the execution of strategic corporate initiatives across departments.

Lead or assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.



Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Management Human Resources or related field.

2 years of experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant.

Exceptional organizational multitasking and time management skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).

Discreet and dependable with sensitive and confidential information.

Proactive solution-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Highly meticulous detail-oriented and structured.

Flexible and highly adaptable.

Close tracking - Follow up and follow through get things done.

Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel & Power Point.

Emotionally resilient with a positive can-do attitude.

A mindset for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.

Exhibits traits aligned with the Supportive & Conscientious DISC profile.

Added advantages: Proficiency in Mandarin strong numerical skills business acumen and AI literacy.
