Our Client is looking to hire a Revenue & Reservations Manager to manage their short-term rental portfolio on platforms such as Airbnb and . The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing pricing monitoring listing performance managing reservations and improving overall revenue and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing & Revenue Management
Set daily/weekly/monthly prices based on demand seasonality market trends and competitor benchmarking.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all units.
Adjust minimum stays restrictions and promotions (e.g. Genius last-minuteearly-bird discounts custom promotions).
Manage occupancy goals and revenue targets on all our booking platforms.
2. Optimization (Airbnb VRBO etc.)
-Titles descriptions photos
-Amenities
-Policies
-Review responses
3. Performance Monitoring & Competitor Market Analysis
-Impressions
-Click-through rate (CTR)
-Conversion rate
-Booking trends
-Revenue per listing (RevPAR)
-Occupancy percentages
-Identify listings performing poorly and provide solutions.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality (hotels serviced apartments Airbnb portfolio).
Experience using channel managers like Hostaway Cloudbeds or Siteminder.
Digital marketing knowledge (Google trends SEO for listings).
