Job Summary

Hiring Immediately Field Sales Executive For An Edtech Company In Pune (Immediate Joining)

We are seeking for a Highly Motivated & passionate Field Sales Executive for North & West Region of Pune for a Startup Edtech company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify prospect and engage higher education institutions (universities colleges autonomous institutes).
  • Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs certifications labs digital platforms CoEs etc.) to academic leadership (Directors Deans HODs Management).
  • Prepare customized proposals pricing models and MoUs for institutional clients.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation product demo negotiation closure.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
  • 27 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales (EdTech or Higher Education preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

  • Number of new institutional partnerships signed
  • Revenue generated per quarter
  • Conversion rate from leads to closures
  • Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
  • Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality

Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling (e.g. labs new certifications FDPs). 4. Product Demonstration & Presentations Conduct seminars product demonstrations and webinars for institutional audiences. Represent the organization at academic events education fairs and conferences. Develop presentations brochures and sales collateral tailored for higher education. 5. Documentation & Compliance Manage MoUs contracts compliance documents and partnership agreements. Maintain CRM records sales pipelines and follow-up schedules. Ensure all activities align with institutional policies and organizational processes. Key Responsibilities 1.
