Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint dealers to expand market penetration and increase market share
- Analyze and compare sales plans to execute appropriate sales activities for achieving targeted sales
- Supervise product sales activities to achieve increased sales growth and maximized volume and value growth
- Assist dealers in achieving targets and provide necessary training
- Ensure seeding of new products in the right channels and availability of SKU range at key outlets
- Conceptualize and implement sales promotional programs for brand building
- Ensure profitability of dealers in alignment with organizations policies
- Prepare a monthly territory monitoring report including competitors activities
- Conduct retail audits to assess market potential and estimate competitors sales for adopting suitable strategies
- Resolve dealer issues to maintain smooth business relations
Requirements
- Age profile: maximum 35 years
- Experience: 4-6 years in Channel Sales preferably from the Construction chemical / Cement industry
- Education:
- UG: - Any Specialization - Any Specialization Commerce
- PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
- Highly energetic motivated confident with good communication and selling skills
- Ability to understand the market and convert products into business
- Must be a go-getter with high drive and initiative
- Local candidates preferred
- Preferred experience in tiles adhesive Ply or any Cement Company.
