Job Summary

Summary:
The Group HR / CPO / CHRO will play a pivotal strategic role in shaping the human capital framework across the groups diverse portfolio including mobility retail edutech and other key verticals. This leadership position is central to aligning HR initiatives with overarching business objectives driving organizational excellence and fostering a high-performance values-driven culture. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership guiding talent strategy organizational development and culture transformation across multiple entities. With a focus on innovation scalability and employee-centric practices this role ensures that HR not only supports but actively accelerates the groups growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the groups HR vision strategy and long-term roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a core member of the executive leadership team contributing to strategic planning and key decision-making.
  • Collaborate with CEOs and business heads of individual group companies to customize and implement HR strategies tailored to specific business needs.
  • Lead workforce planning organizational design restructuring and change management initiatives across the group.
  • Build and execute comprehensive talent acquisition development and succession planning strategies.
  • Champion employer branding diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) programs to strengthen talent pipelines and workplace culture.
  • Cultivate a unified high-engagement culture across diverse business units through targeted initiatives and leadership alignment.
  • Design and implement performance management systems that directly link individual and team performance to strategic outcomes.
  • Develop leadership development programs training frameworks and continuous learning strategies to build a future-ready workforce.
  • Establish data-driven metrics and analytics to evaluate team effectiveness and inform HR decisions.
  • Design and oversee competitive performance-linked compensation and rewards structures across the group.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee benefit programs to support talent attraction and retention.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws industrial regulations and employment standards across all jurisdictions.
  • Standardize HR policies processes and systems to ensure consistency transparency and efficiency.
  • Lead employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with fairness and integrity.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technology platforms (e.g. HRMS payroll performance management systems).
  • Drive digital transformation within the HR function to enhance service delivery and operational agility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within a multi-entity or group organization.
  • Strong track record in strategic HR planning talent management and organizational development.
  • Expertise in performance management leadership development and change management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws compliance frameworks and employee relations.
  • Experience in HR technology implementation and digital HR transformation.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex dynamic and cross-functional environments.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Leadership presence and executive-level advisory capability.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
