Job Description:
We are hiring Senior Voice Process for a reputed BPO located at Infopark Kochi. As a Senior Voice Process Executive you will be responsible for handling customer interactions via inbound and outbound voice calls. You must ensure excellent customer service by resolving queries providing solutions and adhering to process guidelines.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI driven)
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in BPO voice process (mandatory)
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work Night Shift (6 PM 3 AM)
- Customer-focused and good interpersonal skills
