Job Summary

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. This position is crucial for building robust talent pipelines through direct engagement with candidates in diverse communities educational institutions and job fairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to counseling and onboarding while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations. You will act as a key ambassador for our employer brand fostering strong relationships with colleges skill centers and local networks to drive mass hiring initiatives across Mumbai Bangalore and Chennai. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to scalable talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening and candidate counseling.
  • Conduct field-based recruitment activities such as job fairs walk-in drives and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges skill development centers and local educational institutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to accurately record and update candidate and employer information.
  • Promote employer branding through active participation in community events and recruitment drives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company hiring policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Travel regularly to various locations to support recruitment drives and field engagements.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • 13 years of experience in field recruitment campus recruitment or mass hiring initiatives.
  • Proven ability to network effectively and communicate with diverse candidate groups.
  • Strong negotiation and counseling skills to guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic recruitment or CRM tools.
  • Graduate degree; HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are preferred.
