Job Description:
A Sales Executivedrives revenue by finding new clients nurturing existing relationships and selling products/services through presentations negotiations and closing deals focusing on meeting sales targets managing client needs and representing the company often using CRM software and collaborating with marketing for growth. Key responsibilities involve lead generation product demos contract negotiation account management and market research requiring strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills to boost profits and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
    • Prospecting & Lead Generation:Finding new opportunities through cold calling networking social media and market research.
    • Client Engagement:Contacting potential and existing customers via phone email or in-person to understand needs and offer solutions
      .
  • Sales Presentations:Demonstrating products/services and tailoring solutions to client requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Negotiating terms and closing deals to secure contracts and meet sales quotas.
  • Account Management:Overseeing existing accounts identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Tracking:Maintaining CRM records tracking progress and reporting on sales performance.
  • Collaboration:Working with marketing support and other teams for a seamless customer journey.
