Position: Aliança Ocean Product (Cabotage) Manager
Direct Report: Luiza Bublitz

Location: São Paulo/SP
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 at home).
In this role the person will be responsible for structuring the product and Alianças strategic market positioning. Ensure the profitability and competitiveness of the services offered by the company through strategic management of products pricing capacity and logistics network with a focus on concrete results in the P&L.
Responsibilities:
- Structure Alianças strategy and market positioning.
- Define and adjust product pricing based on market analysis demand and profitability.
- Monitor and optimize service and client profitability proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct ongoing capacity and demand analyses adjusting the network as needed.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
- Make strategic decisions with high impact on P&L focusing on performance and financial sustainability.
- Optimize vessel utilization ensuring efficiency and alignment with demand.
What we are looking for:
Strategic Management:
- Ability to switch between strategic vision (helicopter view) and hands-on execution.
- Solid experience in profitability management with the ability to create and implement effective control mechanisms.
- Agility and precision in using numbers KPIs and analytical tools.
Relationship and Influence:
- Clear and objective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative profile with strong stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to generate followership due to the relevance and impact of the position within the organization.
Strategic Thinking and Adaptability:
- Broad business vision with strategic and agile thinking.
- Flexibility to adapt to different scenarios and business demands.
