Description
Tired of nights and shift-work Are you interested in working the day-shift with no weekends If so we are are hiring a detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technician to aid in the overall curb appeal of our commercial portfolio of properties in Metairie and Kenner.
This is a part-time position offering up to 28 hours per week.
Qualifications
What you will do:
As a Grounds Maintenance Technician you will play an important role in helping to attract new tenants to our commercial spaces by keeping the grounds and buildings neat clean and tidy.
Requirements:
Grounds Maintenance Technicians will have the ability and desire to work indoors and outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and will be able to pass a background check and drug screening. A valid drivers license is also required for this position.
What you will receive:
Salary: $16.00 per hour plus $100/month gas allowance.
