Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the SAP Concur platform including configuration Release management Entity management case management travel allowance builds Accounts and ledger build / maintenance workflows and any other technical build.
- Maintain system parameters and ensure alignment with corporate travel and expense policies.
Process Optimization:
- Whilst we do have T&E process owners this role should help to Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency compliance and user satisfaction across the T&E lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline expense reporting approval workflows etc.
Compliance & Controls:
- Ensure the Concur system enforces internal controls and complies with regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX GDPR).
- Support audit activities by providing documentation and system data as needed.
Change Management:
- Identify potential impacts of changes and develop change management plans
- Communicate changes to stakeholders and manage expectations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts
- Provide support and training to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
Stakeholder Management
Integration & Data Flow:
- Work as primary contact and collaborate with IT and finance teams to support integration between Concur and ERP systems (e.g. SAP S4) Workday and corporate card providers.
- Monitor data flow and troubleshoot issues related to expense imports approvals and postings.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor T&E activity compliance and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on expense trends and user behavior.
User Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Concur technical related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Deliver documentation on new system functionality.
Vendor Management:
- Liaise with SAP Concur and other third-party providers to manage system updates enhancements and support cases.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associates degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience administering SAP Concur or similar T&E platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP S4 and corporate card programs.
- Proven track record in system configuration reporting and process improvement.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of travel and expense policies workflows and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP Concur administration including Expense Travel and Request modules.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and geographies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Concur integrations to SAP S4 financial systems and HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with global T&E policies and multi-currency environments.
- Experience with Power Apps SharePoint or similar tools.
- Certifications in SAP Concur or related systems are a plus.
- Project Management Experience
