Job Summary

Rental/Insurance Escrow Analyst

FedTec is seeking a Rental/Insurance Escrow Analyst who will be responsible for administering reviewing and monitoring rental housing escrow accounts as well as overseeing the servicing of insurance policies maintained on the rental housing portfolio

Location: Glenn Allen VA

Responsibilities

Administer review and monitor rental housing escrow accounts
Oversee servicing of insurance policies for the rental housing portfolio
Verify insurance coverage loan documentation and escrow balances
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Identify and resolve discrepancies related to escrow accounts or insurance coverage
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support servicing activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loans escrows and insurance

Qualifications

Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in multifamily loan servicing escrow administration asset management or housing finance operations
Knowledge of rental housing finance escrow structures and loan servicing practices
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
