Parts Counterperson
Chevrolet of Naperville is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Parts Team! As a Parts Counterperson you will be an integral part of our process. Providing parts for our guests and technicians to assist with the service of their vehicles. This is a culture of customer-focused people-oriented and motivation to deliver excellent outcomes for customers vendors and our people. We operate with over half million in inventory and are the top performing parts department in region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
- Complete special order part request for the customer
- Communicate with customer on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to industry
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year of experience with auto parts sales (GM/Dealership experience a plus)
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Must have computer proficiency
- Personal and professional integrity
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and organize work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
