Position Overview:
Holz Motors is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Auto Parts Counterperson to join our fast-paced parts department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that provides top-notch service to both retail customers and professional technicians. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to retail customers and technicians
- Answer inquiries
- Offer advice
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Parts Identification & Sales:
- Accurately identify and locate parts for vehicles and equipment
- Offer solutions based on customer needs
- Order Fulfillment:
- Process orders efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery or pick-up of parts
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory levels
- Assist with restocking
- Perform regular checks to ensure part availability
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with service department sales team and vendors
- Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Auto parts counterperson or retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems required
- Excellent communication
- Strong customer service orientation
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment
- Work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Familiar with computer systems and POS software
- CRM experience required; Tekion experience a plus
