Job Summary
Special Education Teacher Early Elementary Immediate Hire
Our Organization is partnering with a Minnesota school district to welcome a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the current academic year. This full-time role centers around supporting a self-contained classroom serving students in grades 13offering a meaningful opportunity to shape growth for young learners who benefit from specialized instruction and support.
In this position youll help build a positive attentive learning environment where every students needs are understood and embraced. Through individualized instruction strategic interventions and the implementation of IEPs youll tailor learning experiences to help each child thrive academically and socially. Daily collaboration with paraprofessionals related service staff and families will help ensure consistency alignment and holistic student development.
Your role will also support students beyond academicsfostering emotional regulation social interaction and foundational learning behaviors that will serve them well into the future. By using student data to inform instruction you will continuously adjust strategies and interventions to drive meaningful growth.

Requirements
A valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement is required along with a bachelors degree (masters preferred) in Special Education or a closely related field. Experience in a self-contained or specialized instructional setting is highly valued as are strong skills in organization communication and collaborative practice.
