Your Responsibilities
As a Senior People & Leadership Development Specialist (m/fd) you will play a key role in developing our leadership culture. - Design and deliver inspiring leadership development programs that empower leaders at all levels to achieve their highest potential and drive organizational success.
- Create and manage talent management programs with a strong emphasis on succession planning to ensure future leadership needs are met.
- Provide coaching and consulting to leaders regarding their career paths development goals and leadership challenges.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and leadership assessments to address skill gaps enhance competencies and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and HR business partners to understand business needs and identify leadership development opportunities.
- Monitor the success of leadership development programs derive actionable recommendations and continuously improve strategies.
- Provide support and guidance during organizational changes and transformations acting as a trusted advisor to management on development and talent management issues.

What you need to succeed
- Successfully completed degree in (Business) Psychology with a focus on personnel and organizational development (Business) Education or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
- Several years of experience in leadership development talent management human resources or organizational development in an international company.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing leadership and talent management initiatives.
- Ability to align development programs with the companys business objectives and overall strategy.
- Ideally certified training as a trainer and/or coach.
- Experience in change management initiatives.
- Business fluent in German and English and enjoy international and intercultural thematic challenges.
