Main Responsibilities:
To support our information and communication technologies business we are looking for a passionate team member who will be able to join the team full time handling following tasks:
Draft and review terms and conditions for master/frame contracts and associated contractual documentation.
Provide consultancy and support throughout the bidding and contract negotiation processes including tender document preparation and review to ensure risk awareness and mitigation.
Act as a negotiator during major contract on-site negotiations; plan negotiation strategies and define risk control criteria to enhance contract quality project profitability and long-term business sustainability.
Contract quality management.
Promote contract management and ensure quality standards by highlighting best practices internally by developing launching and interpreting commercial terms authorization processes to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering Business or Law
Willingness to experience cross-cultural communication embrace new challenges and ambition to exceed expectations
Fluent in both German and English mandatory (C1-C2 level)
