ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE - TERM Position
Who is an Administrative Associate
This position is responsible for ensuring requested adjustments to entries in our club management system are current and accurate. They will be reviewing compiling and collecting information to ensure it follows company requirements and policies and will escalate any information of concern. This position will also work closely with our members to facilitate Receipt and Privacy Officer Requests.
What will you be doing
- Review and approve Refund requests (Bank and Cheque) - Daily
- Review and Process Returned/Void Refund Cheque - Monthly
- Pass information onto Member Experience to contact member to verify information to process request
- Validate and Process Change of Sales Person Requests - Daily
- Cash Management Requests Tickets from Clubs Member Experience or Accounting Department daily monthly yearly
- Receive assistance from Accounting Department to confirm payment was received and ensure everything is balanced and resolved
- Research and Process Manual Receipt Requests daily some months may have higher volume
- Submit and send requests for a hand full of members monthly that are not able to do so themselves
- Clean up entries in Exerp from errors or processes that havent completed accurately
- Research/verify any clean-up activities to manually apply adjustments to correct entries to ensure member account is accurate based on their legal contract company policies and financial reconciliation
Do you have what it takes
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent with Accounting/Computer
- Administrative/Office experience
- Experience working both independently and in a team oriented collaborative environment
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task build relationships persevere and adapt
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word and Outlook)
- Customer service focused flexible and willing to learn and grow
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and requests
- Self-motivated and directed
- Works well in a team environment
- Understanding of organizations goals and objectives
- Ability to consistently keep information confidential
- Ability to fully understand and embrace company culture

Salary Range: $39000-$59000
Target Hiring Range: $39000-$41000
*The salary range indicated is representative of all positions evaluated at this level. The actual starting salary is determined by assessing related skills experience internal equity and market competitiveness subject to available budget.
