ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
Daniel Plumbing and Gas is a small dynamic plumbing business based in Beckenham Western Australia. With a strong focus on new residential builds and renovations the business also undertakes maintenance work during quieter periods. Operating from Monday to Friday the workload varies week to week offering a fast-paced and engaging environment.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Daniel Plumbing and Gas is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Plumber to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be enrolled in a Certificate III in Plumbing and will gain hands-on experience across a range of plumbing tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The apprentice will be involved in a variety of duties including:
- Assisting with prelays drainage tube outs stack work sanitary installations and final fit-offs
- Performing manual labour to support skilled tradespeople
- Learning and developing the skills required to complete plumbing tasks independently
IDEAL CANDIATE:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical fitness suitable for manual labour
- A respectful and polite attitude
- Motivation to take initiative and embrace new challenges
- Desirable Qualifications and Attributes
- Current drivers licence
- Completion of a pre-apprenticeship course (preferred)
- A positive can-do attitude
