Join our four-yearApprenticeprogram and gain hands-on experience. Youll work alongside skilled professionals to maintain and enhance green spaces while also attending weekly classroom sessions to build your theoretical knowledge.

This role is based around the City of Port Phillip suburbs including Elwood St Kilda South Melbourne Albert Park Southbank Windsor.

** Please note: This role will commence 1st April 2026

Throughout the program youll receive expert mentorship and practical training leading to a nationally recognisedCert III trade qualification. Upon completion youll be well-prepared to step into leadership roles such asTeam LeaderorSite Manager equipped with the confidence and skills to make a lasting impact in the field of horticulture.

What Youll Learn

About You

• No prior experience required
• Valid Drivers licenceis desirable but not essential
• Must be available to commence 1st April 2026
• Valid Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
• Valid White Card (or be willing to obtain)
• You must be an Australian citizen to satisfy the educational requirements of this role.
