People Services Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a People Services Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. People Services is a busy function at the heart of our broader People (HR) team responsible for providing exceptional HR administration support to employees and managers. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR requests and enquiries utilising your excellent customer service skills curiosity and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily HR administration processing including preparing employment contracts letters and other employee documentation
• Answer a broad range of HR queries from managers and employees in a timely manner
• Ensure employee records are complete and up to date including regular follow-ups
• Develop a broad understanding of HR policies and procedures enabling you to respond to queries in an appropriate manner
• Provide high-quality customer service and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

• Have previous administration or customer service experience.
• Systems savvy with the ability to pick up new processes easily. Exposure to Workday or similar will be highly favourable.
• A great communicator both written and verbal. Youre comfortable liaising with people at all levels.
• Able to think on your feet to find solutions.
• A stickler for detail always demonstrating critical thinking.
• Curious to learn and build your knowledge in HR.
• Previous experience within People & Performance/Human Resources will be advantageous.
