The Compression Systems Engineering (CSE) Team has an opening for an MRO-E Discipline Lead for F100/TF33 Programs. The position requires a thorough understanding and practical experience of the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul processes. The Discipline Lead would provide technical oversight for the team coaching/mentoring of team members ensuring best practices are flowed across engine programs and adopted where practical. This position is a key role within the CIPT as it provides a direct engineering link with our domestic and foreign military customers.

What You Will Do

Identify the need for and plans projects and independently executes multiple tasks.
Perform as an onsite engineering liaison representing Pratt & Whitney in front of our military customers.
Support Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPTs) responsible for Fan and High Compressor hardware across Pratt & Whitneys family of engines at Tinker AFB Oklahoma City.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelors degree in Engineering. with 8 years experience in Engineering Operations Overhaul and/or Program Management in the gas turbine industry OR
An advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Compression Systems Engineering (CSE)

Compression Systems Engineering is responsible for the design development and in service support of all fans low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models. CSE is responsible for the identification and maturation of new technologies for these products.

Technical disciplines in CSE include Project Engineering Mechanical Design Structural Analysis and Product Definition.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
