Job Summary

Position Title: Office Manager
Reports to: TBD
Location: Knoxville TN
Position Objective: The Office Manager ensures seamless office operations by delivering world-class administrative support fostering efficient workflows and maintaining a professional welcoming environment for team members and clients.
Essential Functions
  • Communicate directly with team members in a professional friendly manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees department leads and external partners
  • Promptly answer calls and respond to emails
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement procedures to streamline office workflow
  • Manage office budget including tracking expenditures and processing invoices
  • Maintain office appearance and coordinate facility needs
  • Ensure data integrity organized filing systems
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma required Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational time management communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite
  • General knowledge of accounting preferred
