Your mission

We are seeking a talented AI Knowledge Base Developer to design build and maintain the intelligent systems that will organize manage and leverage application centered this role you will bridge the gap between content management and artificial intelligence ensuring our AI applications have access to accurate relevant and secure information to drive informed decision-making and automate workflows.

  • In this role you design the system architecture for the application specific knowledge base implementation including data ingestion pipelines vector and graph databases and retrieval mechanisms (e.g. RAG).
  • You make sure to select and integrate machine learning models specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools that can understand process and retrieve information from the knowledge base.
  • You collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the knowledge base content is accurate up-to-date and well-structured you define and optimize content integrity and governance protocols.
  • You integrate the AI knowledge systems with business applications to ensure seamless information flow.
  • You monitor system performance debug issues and continuously refine data retrieval processes to improve accuracy latency and relevance of AI outputs.
  • You implement secure access protocols and safety measures to protect sensitive information within the knowledge base adhering to relevant data privacy requirements.
  • You create clear documentation of processes methodologies and system capabilities and effectively communicate technical concepts and system limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
Your skills
  • You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Technology or a related technical field.
  • You bring expertise in programming languages essential for AI development such as Python Go or Java.
  • You are knowledgeable of machine learning NLP deep learning and neural networks you have experience with AI application frameworks and libraries like DSPy Dify or Haystack.
  • You have a deep understanding of
  • management principles content management systems vector and/or graph databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation.
  • You are proficient in data analysis data structures algorithms and data engineering tools (e.g. SQL GraphQL).
  • You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills adaptability and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced field and interpersonal abilities to navigate team dynamics and convey technical concepts clearly.
NICE-TO-HAVE
  • You are familiar with containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes and have prior experience in developing AI agents with relevant industry certifications in AI or cloud platforms.
