DescriptionAs Sr HR Operation Specialist you will be responsible for supporting new hire experience through the coordination of onboarding process in Mexico. Support the delivery of corporate and local human resources processes including new hires internal transfers promotions and administrative tracking. You will provide human resource services delivering positive results to the human resources function and employees along with guidance and support to quickly resolve employee inquires. Provide flawless end to end execution of Human Resource services and processes to support business objectives. Build easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of Human Resource solutions. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a progressive Human Resources organization. All these responsibilities and occasionally support and partnership with our Talen Acquisition Team.
JOB DUTIES:
- Partner with human resources hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate new hire experience
- Improve processes
- Advise stakeholders
- Deliver solutions
- Manage data
- Provide administrative support
- Analyze data
- Standardize processes
- Effectively communicate with applicants throughout the new hire process
- Coordinate background and drug-checking processes
- Assist candidates with necessary documentation throughout the interview process
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English communication skills (verbal and written)
WE VALUE:
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
- Relevant experience recruiting for direct labor
- Ability to respond appropriately to customer needs and provide guidance
- Some administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle sensitive matters
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
