The Full Stack Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in leading software development initiatives and delivering high-quality scalable technical solutions. This position is responsible for architecting building and maintaining complex cloud-integrated applications using framework. A deep understanding of Azure cloud architecture is essential while familiarity with AWS is a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in engineering practices and a passion for driving innovation in cloud-native development.This position is based in an on-site work environment located in Raleigh NC. The role requires teammates to be physically present in the office five days a week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in testing implementation maintenance and escalated support of Truists most complex solutions.
Lead end-to-end software development initiatives ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Propose and implement innovative robust technical solutions to meet business needs.
Design develop and maintain complex scalable applications and services in a cloud environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration applications hosted in Azure.
Optimize performance reliability and security of cloud-based solutions.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and eight to twelve years of experience as a developer or equivalent education and related training or experience
Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge
Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes 4. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
Ability to lead complex projects
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems
Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong expertise application development and cloud technologies with deep knowledge of Azure architecture.
Experience designing and implementing scalable complex solutions in cloud environments.
Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
Blazor coding
Azure AI Foundry Studio
Strong expertise on SQL coding
Expert on Azure SQL Managed Instance and integration with applications
CI/CD for database deployments using Terraform
Knowledge on Angular with building dynamic single-page web applications
Any reporting tools preferred PowerBI DevExpress and SSRS
Extensive experience with ETL tools and integration architecture
Leadership & Soft Skills
Technical Leadership Code reviews mentoring architectural decisions.
Agile Practices Scrum Kanban backlog grooming.
Communication Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
