Job Summary
Overview
Gibbon Packing LLCan American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for aHR Assistant - Billingat our Gibbon NE plant.
As HR Assistant - Billing you will:
- Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Department
- Enter data into the payroll and HR systems accurately consistently and timely.
- Coordinate acknowledgement efforts for plant anniversaries.
- Assist in the coordination of plant meals and special events.
- Assist in the maintenance of employee files.
- Maintain a professional presence and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
- Work with sales to accurately prepare billing documents for outgoing loads including exports
- Answer incoming calls during working hours

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years human resource or clerical experience
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
- Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced changing priorities
- Must be a proactive self-starter with strong quality control focus and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in business human resources or related disciplines
- Previous experience using UKG iCims or Workforce Management
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees across the organization and the public
- Attention to detail dependability and punctuality
