Our Mechanical Services team is looking for a Head of ServicestoleadandmanagethefulloperationsoftheServiceCentreensuringefficientworkflowswhiledrivingthecentresoverallP&Lperformance.

- OverseeentireServiceCentreoperationsandmanageafter-salesserviceactivitiestoefficiencyandproductivity.
- ResponsibleforServiceCentresprofitandlossbytrackingsalesnumberstoensureprofitability/costmanagementoftheservicecentreismet.
- Assisttodefineanddirectactivitiestomeetfinancialtargets.
- ResponsiblefortheServiceCentreCustomerServiceIndexlevel.
- Enhanceservicecentreoperationtocreategoodcustomerjourneyandexperience.
- EnsureStandardizedprocedureandprocessesforServiceCentreandWorkshop.
- EnsureworkshopfacilitiesarewellmaintainedmeetingWHSrequirements.
- Leadateamofservicepersonneltoprovidequalityautomotivemaintenanceandservicestocustomer.
- Workcloselywithstakeholders(EgBrandsPrincipalsInternalDepartmentsetc)toensuregoodunderstandingrelationshipandTeamworktomeetsCompanyexpectation.
- Tomanageandresolvecustomerscomplaint.
Aboutyou
- Degree/DiplomainMechanicalEngineeringwithminimum5yearsofworkingexperienceinasimilarcapacityincludingleadingateam.
- Strongcommunicatorwithgoodproblemsolvingandpeoplemanagementskills.
