SUMMARY: The Operator Scale is responsible to verify ensure weight and label each product to customer specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Verify and ensure accuracy of department scale.
Verify and ensure accuracy of product produced to customer specifications.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of weight of each product to customer specifications.
Perform end of shift and products reports.
All other duties as requested by supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required
- None
Preferred
- Previous poultry processing experience
