Your mission:
- Drive market expansion: Acquire new users in EPC O&M and Asset Management and identify new business opportunities within the LATAM region.
- Identify & convert opportunities: Research potential customers qualify leads and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
- Sell innovative SaaS solutions: Promote and consult on our cloud-based monitoring and energy management solutions to create real value for customers.
- Develop technical solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their needs prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations through to contract signature.
- Visit customers on-site: Plan and execute regular customer visits across LATAM to strengthen partnerships and deepen market understanding.
- Keep everything on track: Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain accurate project and customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Proposal Management and Product Management and build strong internal networks.
- Represent meteocontrol: Be the face of our company at national and international trade fairs conferences and industry events.
Your profile:
- Technical affinity: Strong interest in cloud-based software solutions (SaaS) and digital technologies.
- Industry expertise: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector ideally PV.
- Tool proficiency: Solid experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Language skills: Business-fluent English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus.
- Sales mindset: Excellent communication skills strong relationship-building abilities empathy and a solution-driven approach.
- Travel readiness: High willingness to travel within the LATAM region.
