Job Description:

The Governance Control & Operational Excellence team are creative Change Agents who design optimize implement reporting and process improvements and shape the organization into a structured framework for decision-making and accountability across departments.

As Governance Business Systems Specialist your analytical and conceptual thinking skills problem solving creativity and experience at designing and building dashboards in various software tools will be used to advise cross-functional and multi- level stakeholders when you collaborate with them to make data driven decisions. Your ability to create visuals of the Art of the possible coupled with being a good storyteller are just some of the skills you will use to deliver value.

  • Combine multiple data sources to; 1) succinctly present a message; 2) produce actionable insight 3) identify data hygiene improvement opportunities

  • Leverage advanced analytics and process modeling to solve moderate to complex process problems as well as make process improvements

  • Provide advice to business leaders and lead solutions to improve quality and eliminate waste. Lead the team to execute on recommendations

  • Plan manage execute and lead cross functional end-to-end delivery of process improvement throughout the lifecycle of moderate to high scale/complex projects in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies. Provide leadership and work collaboratively with stakeholders including the Business and Technology partners to support project benefi ts and changes to business processes.

  • Communicates diffi cult concepts; converts information to compelling business context and advice; infl uences and gains alignment across increasingly senior stakeholders

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with businesses technology groups and key stakeholders to identify and assess new project in-take requests.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of IT and Security Risk vernacular technologies and practices

  • Ability to present and make recommendations to senior management and executives

  • Coordinates and prioritizes multiple initiatives

  • Establishes effective relationships with different business units portfolio managers and project managers

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certifi cate

  • Graduate degree preferred

  • 7 years relevant experience

  • Jira; Confl uence; SharePoint; Excel; Power Point; Power BI; Power Automate experience is an asset
