Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk employee you provide support to end users (doctors nurses and administrative staff). You resolve incidents troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure proper follow-up. Support is provided both remotely and on-site.

As a helpdesk agent you are a team player: you collaborate with colleagues to solve complex questions and problems.

Your responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for end users.

Configure and install end-user devices (laptops desktops printers mobile devices etc.).

Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on end-user equipment.

Communicate with external vendors and service providers to follow up on tickets and coordinate interventions.

Assess and prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency and impact.

After an initial training period you will participate in the on-call service.


Qualifications :

ICT is your passion and similar experience is a plus.

You have a broad knowledge of Windows environments and general IT support (hardware software networks and peripherals).

Experience with ticketing systems is an asset.

You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good basic knowledge of English.

You are a strong communicator and customer-oriented.

You enjoy a varied role that includes both handling support calls and performing on-site interventions.

You are capable of assessing the urgency of issues and setting the right priorities.

You are dynamic take initiative and can work independently.

You are flexible and work well under pressure.
