- Through the means of yield monitor process inspection supervision and early quality warning process to monitor the abnormal of production line timely and then organize team to handle the abnormal phenomenon which can help to contain the defect timely avoid defect flow to the client; Problems herein can be resolved in a timely manner as well the process quality can keep steadily improving;
- For issues that need to be improved be able to identify and initiate the 8D PQI improvement requirements and follow up the actions and results to ensure the problems to be corrected and prevented;
- Establishment of new products in the product quality the NPI stage through the study of new products production process then gradually establish a process control early warning of quality control for the NPI team and assist NPI team to identify anomalies that may exist in the process of production;
- Through racking the analysis and process of RMA as well as pushing the engineering team to complete the FAR timely to ensure the customers satisfaction. Monthly statistics and summary of external quality data identify the need to improve the internal quality and then track and follow up product quality can be improved continually.
- Plan and organize regular process audit and follow up the improvement.
- Inspection norms definition and inspectors training. Through define the IPQC and FQC inspection norms and staff training and assessment to establish a reasonable quality control points avoid the batch quality problems in the client; discover the production line process control weaknesses facilitate production line timely rectification and continuous improvement.
- Order review: from the quality perspective to assess the capacity of production line then to determine the follow-up quality control point and focus on key projects to ensure that the quality control methods is assessed from the order step;
- Maintenance of reliability: according to the annual RT and ORT plan to arrange the test samples. When the reliability test shows failure organize relevant engineer to analysis and implement relevant measures to reduce the risk of failure from perspective of long-team customer field application.
Education & Experience
- More than three years experience on quality management in large enterprises
- Have been engaged in process quality control and customer quality control for more than two years
Skills
- Familiar with the application of quality tools be able to skillfully use the common quality tools to solve problems
- Familiar with the operation of the quality system
- Have the ability to write 8D reports
- Familiar with the reliability of communication products
- Able to deal with and solve problems with PDCA
