Internship Program at Huntsman – Krakow GBS – Continuous Improvement Intern

We are currentlyseekinga motivated and analytical individual to join our team as aContinuous Improvement Intern.

About the Program

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Lean methodologies Continuous Improvement tools and process optimization within a dynamic global business environment. You will support the CI team in day-to-day operations and contribute to regional and global improvement initiatives while developing practical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day CI operations including preparing materials assembling workshop kits and coordinatinglogistics.

• Supporting the preparations for CI workshops andtrainings(e.g. Kaizen Yellow Belt RCA) andassistduring sessions.

• Maintain databases trackers and SharePoint sites to ensure information accuracy.

• Participate in process reviews and support process mapping and standardization activities.

• Assistin preparing documentation slides SOP drafts and templates for CI projects.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams on selected initiatives.

• Contribute to reports summaries and CI communication materials.

• Completeadditionaltasks assigned by your supervisor and CI leadership.

About You

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree.

• You are interested in Continuous Improvement problem-solving and process optimization.

• You are proactive energetic and have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with stronginitialsupport.

• You are well-organized and havestrong communicationskills.

• You can communicate fluently in English.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

• You are available at least30 hours/week.

• Nice to have:Familiarity with process improvement concepts

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowazlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months).

• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.

• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of40 hours/week).
