We currently have a great opportunity for a Transports & Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a Full time basis. This is a great role offering loads of variety which will see you supporting both the Kent Street and metro clinics with critical logistics. Your scope of duties will include;
- Coordinating transports and logistics across all Genea (not including blood samples)
- Ad hoc requests of shipments for different departments
- Consent form completion for shipment
- Liaising with external donor banks regarding shipment of donor material
- Liaising with patients regarding shipment of their sperm eggs and embryos
- Liaising with shipping companies to ensure safe and effective delivery of materials
Qualifications :
This role is perfect for a strong administrator looking for a new challenge in a role that offers development and autonomy. Ideally you will have;
- High degree of autonomy required
- Excellent patient phone and email manner
- Detail oriented
- Relevant experience in a logistics or admin role beneficial
