Job Summary
Preparation of all necessary products for Grill Market Sun Deck and of all breads muffins breakfast pastries desserts and other bakery products and cookies.
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.
- Supply all areas with necessary products for daily production
- Maintain all items at proper par stock levels
- Set up all desserts for banquets
- Handle all special requests as specified by Chef and Sous Chef
- Keep area neat and orderly containers properly labeled dated and rotated. Coolers need to be clean and organized.
- Proper requisitioning of all items for daily production

- Previous experience as baker of bread muffins cookies and desserts
