Fund President

The ideal candidate will have strong interest & background in IT Applications Analysis Configuration & Implementation including very strong ability to learn quickly the underlying business processes and the Contract Management System (Icertis CMS) from the inside out. The primary purpose of the position is to provide CMS Functional Support to the business in the implementation of Icertis CMS taking full ownership of key product features and how effectively they will be used by the business to create a scalable CMS platform in Citco. Therefore the Business Functional Support Manager will work closely with the Business IT teams and the Vendor dealing with complex issues solving them or escalating to senior members of the team.

• Consult with business technical teams and Icertis Vendor to produce comprehensive requirements that addresses key implementation objectives

• Lead and mentor a team of functional analysts with defined team goals and performance metrics

• Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements on behalf of the business stakeholders

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of business rules and processes as they pertain to the use of Icertis CMS to ensure accuracy consistency legal compliance and data integrity

• Develop and execute strategic implementation plans for Icertis ensuring quality standards are met

• Drive requirements gathering with the business and assigned business analyst modelling business processes to create a complete picture of workflows coordinating requirements walk-through and signoffs

• Drive the execution of Icertis implementation within the bounds of agreed scope schedule and effort

• Own Icertis application functional design configuration and deployment activities

• Participate in the QA UAT User training and post-implementation support with business stakeholders for new and improved CMS features & functionalities.

Background / Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in technology or equivalent work experience

• Ability to work in fast paced complex Business & IT environments

• Well-rounded individual possessing a high degree of initiative

• Proactive person willing to accept responsibility with very little hand-holding

• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English.

Previous Work Experience:

• Minimumfive yearsexperiencein driving out requirements forContract Management Systems(CMS) and evidence of successful implementationspreferably within the Financial Sector

• Experienceconfiguring contract types templates rules documents clauses notifications of CMS like Icertis or equivalent is a must

• Experience with the following applications/tools desirable:SharePointJIRA Confluence and CRM Solutions

• Knowledge providing mentorshipin the effective use or configuration of a CMS platformis a plus

• Able to set priorities and being flexible with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to work in a team and also autonomously.
