Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for driving Business Process Transformation across all core functions at Dr. Reddys including Sales Marketing New Product Development R&D Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Transformation Methodology: Create a structured approach for driving transformation train teams on this methodology and enable identification of high-impact projects aligned with organizational strategy.
- Innovation and Design Thinking: Apply design thinking and innovation techniques to foster breakthrough ideas and solutions.
- Facilitation Across Geographies: Ensure successful implementation of improvements across geographies with measurable value capture and sustained benefits over a 12-month period.
- Knowledge Management & Communication: Leverage existing knowledge management systems to document success stories and communicate transformation initiatives effectively across the organization.
Qualifications :
Education Qualification: MBA from premier institute with 10-12 years of experience
Required skill set:
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma X-Matrix and Hoshin Kanri (added advantage).
- Proven experience in driving business process transformation and strategy development for large organizations in sectors such as FMCG Chemicals Pharma Food Automotive or Engineering.
